Resolved - Impact: Users were unable to access the platform due to a global Cloudflare proxy disruption.

What Happened: A worldwide issue affected Cloudflare’s network, preventing traffic from reaching our platform. Our systems remained operational, but Cloudflare’s proxy layer blocked incoming requests.

What We Did: We activated our contingency plan and rerouted traffic through an alternative provider, restoring access.

Current Status: All services are fully operational, and we continue to monitor performance.
