Earlier today, our platform was affected by a global outage impacting Cloudflare, a major network provider used by many companies worldwide. While our internal systems remained fully operational, Cloudflare’s proxy issue prevented traffic from reaching our platform.
Cloudflare experienced a disruption in their network that caused requests to fail before reaching our services. As a result, some users were temporarily unable to access the platform.
We quickly activated our contingency plan and rerouted traffic through an alternative provider. This restored access for all users while Cloudflare worked to resolve the issue.
Once Cloudflare fully recovered, we safely transitioned traffic back to normal routing.
We are implementing improvements to further enhance our resilience against third-party network outages.
